FAQ
Straight answers, links to the long versions.
What do I need to play?
A browser, a wallet on Base, and USDC (or ETH, AERO, cbBTC: the deposit widget swaps through Aerodrome). No download, no account, no email. Start here.
Is it actually fair?
The tape is a seeded, replayable synthetic price anchored to live oracles: latency sniping does not pay, and any round can be replayed bit for bit. The Game Price has the details, and the same commit-first doctrine runs through season parameters and withdrawal roots.
Who am I trading against?
Other players, only. The economics are pari-mutuel: winners collect exactly what losers pay. There is no house position, no market maker, no funding rate.
Can the team take the pot?
There is no function in the vault contract that moves funds to the owner: no sweep, no rescue, nothing to "trust" on that point. Exits are claimed by your wallet with an on-chain proof, behind delays and caps that bound everyone, including a compromised operator. Read the trust model: we prefer explaining it to sloganizing it.
What if I disconnect mid-game?
Your position holds for a 30 second grace: frozen, still exposed, still eatable (cable-pulling dodges nothing). Reconnect in time and you resume it, signed by your wallet. If the server itself crashes, open positions are refunded at their last journaled mark. The Arena covers both.
Why does my name look like 0x1a2B…9fD0?
Because you are your wallet. Nobody can type your name, wear your reputation, or chat as you: the server derives identity from the address that signed your entry.
Are points worth anything?
Points are the score of the game: mined by playing, harder every epoch, never reset, permanently on record per wallet. They are not a promise of money. Whether they ever become more than the score belongs to the redacted pages.
Wen token?
██████████. The ticker will be $GNTL; everything else is sealed until real. If you found a "$GNTL" trading today, it is a scam: Tokenomics.
Is this financial advice?
No. It is a knife fight in a spreadsheet. Read the Risk Disclaimer and size accordingly.
