THE GAME PRICE
Your PnL does not run on a raw exchange feed. It runs on G: a synthetic price that tracks the real market and can be replayed bit for bit after the fact.
WHY NOT THE RAW FEED
An arena where PnL ticks on a public price feed is an arena where the fastest connection wins: watch the feed, react before the server, farm everyone else. That is not a trading game, it is a latency auction.
HOW G WORKS
- Anchored to reality. The engine polls the live Coinbase spot price for BTC, ETH and SOL every 2.5 seconds. G is continuously pulled toward that real price: hold a position through a real pump and you feel the pump.
- Locally unpredictable. Around that anchor, G moves with its own seeded randomness. Knowing the exchange tick a few hundred milliseconds early tells you almost nothing about the next G tick: the snipe window is poisoned.
- Deterministic and replayable. The whole trajectory is generated from a seed. Given the same seed and the same anchor inputs, the same tape falls out, bit for bit. A disputed round can be replayed from its seed.
- Fail-closed. If the price feed is cold or stale, entries are refused. No feed, no new risk.
WHAT THIS BUYS YOU
Everyone in the pit trades the same tape, revealed at the same moment, anchored to the same reality, and replayable after the round. The house cannot nudge it quietly: a nudged tape would not replay from its seed.
Honest status: today the seeds stay with us, so the replay is ours to run. Publishing seed commitments before each round, so that anyone can verify it, is designed but not live yet.
